Betty K. Bynum

Betty K. Bynum was named as one of Hollywood’s Top 100 Young and Hungry Writers in 2019. Betty is an actress, singer and entrepreneur who is fueled by creativity. She brokered and secured an option deal with media mogul Reginald Hudlin for an animated series based on her co-authored book, I’M A BRILLIANT LITTLE BLACK BOY!. She enjoys the ability to successfully write film, television, animation, adult women’s fiction and children’s books.  Her company Dreamtitle Publishing LLC was formed in 2013 by a deal that she solely structured with Target Corporation to bring her titles into Target stores and major retailers across the nation and now, globally. The focus of the brand’s books, dolls, apparel and bedding lands particularly on children of color who she feels, should be honored with love and caring with the specificity of celebrating cultural relevance. The launch of a line of books for boys with the  #Bboy Collection / The I’m A Boy! Collection is positioned to extend and grow the brand's overall success.
